  • Evaluation of blackberry cultivars for juice and wine quality.
  • Evaluation of blackberry fruit and seed extracts.
  • Screening wine-production waste streams for high-value components.
  • Examining the effect of micro-oxygenation on the quality of Cynthiana grape wine.
